Cate was born and raised in Bismarck, North Dakota. She graduated from Century High School in 2011. She went on to graduate with distinction from North Dakota State University. At 23, she purchased her first home. This positive experience sparked her passion for real estate and helping guide other people through such a pivotal life decision. She has an appreciation for the home buying process and the immense responsibility it entails. She knows how nerve-wracking it can be to go through this process, and stives to be a calming and knowledgeable guide throughout. Cate grew up in a tight-knit family, which contributed largely to her core values of loyalty, reliability, and compassion. She is dependable and always willing to go above and beyond.
