Cate was born and raised in Bismarck, North Dakota, where she developed deep roots in the community she proudly serves today. She graduated from Century High School in 2011. She went on to earn her degree with distinction from North Dakota State University, a reflection of her strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
At just 23 years old, Cate purchased her first home—an experience that proved both exciting and transformative.
